What happens if I'm late returning the trailer?

"late" means 15 minutes past the expected return time. A late fee of 25% of the Daily Rental charge will be applied every hour for the

first 2 hours. After 2 hours past the expected return time, a full day rate will be charged and continue every 24 hours, or portion thereof,

until return of the trailer.

If I do not have a credit card, can I put down a cash deposit?

No, we require all deposits to be placed on a credit card. The credit card must belong to the person renting the trailer.

Do I need my own insurance or does KWIC Rentals cover the trailer?

Yes, you need your own insurance, KWIC Rentals accepts no liability while the trailer is in your possession. You as the renter, are 100%

responsible for the trailer while in your possession. This includes any loss, damage or theft of the trailer. We recommend checking with

your insurance provider to ensure you are covered.

Does KWIC Rentals offer one-way rentals?

Unfortunately, no. All our trailers are required to be brought back to our yard after the rental is complete.
