  • Provide payment and/or damage deposit

Customer Responsibility

  • Proper towing and safe operation of rented equipment

  • Ensuring their vehicle is properly rated and equipped for towing

  • Securing loads safely and legally

  • Returning the equipment in the same condition it was rented

  • Any damage, theft, loss, or misuse during the rental period

 

Customers must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws regarding trailer towing and road safety.

 
Damage & Liability

 

The renter assumes all responsibility for:

  • Damage to rented equipment

  • Tire damage

  • Theft or vandalism

  • Traffic violations or fines

  • Injury or property damage caused during use

 

KWIC Rentals is not liable for:

  • Accidents

  • Personal injury

  • Cargo damage or loss

  • Delays or interruptions caused by equipment failure

 

Any damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

 
Reservations & Cancellations

 

Reservations may require a deposit.

 

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rental period and equipment reserved. Customers are encouraged to contact KWIK Rentals directly regarding cancellations or scheduling changes.

KWIC Rentals reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations when necessary.

 
Payment Terms

 

Rental fees, deposits, and applicable taxes must be paid as outlined in the rental agreement.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

Failure to return rented equipment may result in legal action and additional recovery costs.
