At KWIC Rentals, we strive to provide reliable equipment and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking your rental.
Rental Cancellations
Once a rental agreement has been signed and executed, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental time will forfeit 15% of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
This policy applies to all trailer and equipment rentals.
No Shows
Customers who fail to pick up their rental without prior notice will be charged the full rental amount and may forfeit any deposits paid.
Early Returns
No refunds or credits will be provided for equipment returned earlier than the agreed rental period.
Equipment Condition
Customers are responsible for returning rented equipment in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for:

Damage
-
Missing equipment
-
Excessive cleaning
-
Tire damage
-
Improper use
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

Equipment becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure prior to pickup

KWIC Rentals cancels the reservation
-
Other circumstances approved at the discretion of KWIC Rentals
Weather Conditions
Rentals are generally non-refundable due to weather conditions unless otherwise approved by KWIC Rentals.
Security Deposits
Damage deposits, when applicable, will be refunded after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be free of damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements.
